The Eagle...
Designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr. Eastwood is a beautiful course located about 1.5 hours from downtown Tokyo. Nestled in some gently rolling hills in Tochigi prefecture, the club is famous for its wide fairways, strategic bunkering, and large, fast greens.
The course hosts the Sumida Cup on the JPGA Senior tour in May. The clubhouse is large and full of character, the concept of a Scottish lodge is very evident with natural dark wood, exposed rafters, and vaulted ceilings. There is a well-equipped pro shop with a great selection of 'Omiage' or souvenir goods. The restaurant boasts produce from the clubs own farm located in the adjacent land, as well as set lunches like soba set with pork cutlet, the club also offers a salad bar and self-serve beer station for FREE during lunch!

"Playing at Estwood CC was my first Japanese Golf experience, and I couldn't have been happier with the course I chose. All of the staff are so friendly, and the course was in amazing condition. I would highly recommend to anyone thinking of playing there."
