Course Review
Course Design & Layout (4.2 out of 5)
Condition 4.9
The course is completely head-to-toe lined with Japanese pines, and requiring precision and position play from tee to green. The main feature of this course is the afore mentioned pines, which hide the wind and need to be avoided if possible otherwise errant shots require creative bump-and-run recoveries under branches, shaping and controlled shots to hold these slick greens. It’s immaculately maintained and a lot of fun to walk the course, and to play through is also ok here. Caddy’s are mandatory.
Facilities & Services (4.7 out of 5)
English 4.8 due to the concierge from Seagaija
Just next to the course is the the four-star Marriot Seagaia resort. Which is a large resort with family-friendly pool areas, onsen, various restaurants, bars and spa and the perfect base to play either the Pheonix CC or The Tom Watson Golf Club next door( also an awesome course).
