Golf-in-Japan acts as your dedicated concierge, handling all aspects of your golf tee time reservations on your behalf. Our services include communicating with the golf course in Japanese, making all necessary arrangements and conveying any special requests. For this comprehensive service, we charge a fee of 15% + tax (minimum ¥7,000). All other charges are paid directly by you at the golf course.

CANCELLATION POLICY: In the event of cancellation by the client, the Golf-in-Japan booking fee is non-refundable. In the event of cancellation by the golf course, the Golf-in-Japan booking fee / rental clubs are 100% refundable. Changes to your booking are permitted without any additional charge. Cancellations made more than 1 week prior to the play date incur no penalty. Cancellations made 6-3 days prior to the play date will incur a charge of 30% of the green fee. Cancellations made 2 days prior to the play date will incur a charge of 50% of the green fee.
