You can book easily through our website. Please access our inquiry form and fill the information needed (date, region, preferred course, etc.), and our team will book the course/tee time for you!

No problem if you don't! We help non‑Japanese speakers handle all arrangements smoothly.

The booking fee is 15% of the tee time fee + tax, minimum ¥7,000. If the total cost (rental club, golf course, etc.) exceeds ¥46,600, the fee will be 15% of the total cost.

Some courses allow single players, but availability is limited as most courses in Japan require a minimum of 2 players. Prior to booking, Golf-in-Japan can advise how many other people have registered. Confirmation of play is made between 12 PM and 3 PM (depending on the course) the day before play. Golf-in-Japan will notify you if the minimum player requirement (2 players) has been met. Only at this time is your booking confirmed. If not, the tee time will be canceled.

If your booking is not confirmed due to the minimum number of players not being achieved, the booking will be canceled and a refund of your pre-paid booking fee will be issued.

We also provide a Golf Partner service for single players looking for a premium & hassle-free golfing experience in Japan.

Designed for golfers traveling solo, Golf Partner service pairs you with one of our bilingual team members who will play alongside you.

We handle everything from hotel pickup, transport to and from the golf course, so you can focus entirely on enjoying your round.

This option also opens up a wider selection of courses, allowing solo golfers to experience some of the best courses in the Kanto region and around Mt. Fuji, courses that might otherwise be difficult to access alone!

It’s perfect for:

• Travelers who want to enjoy golf without joining a full group.
• Those seeking a hassle-free, guided day on Japan’s top courses.
• Solo golfers looking for company and local guidance during their round.

The cost includes the service fee of ¥55,000 + green fee for 2 people (yourself and our bilingual guide) at the chosen course.

We recommend booking at least 2 days in advance to secure your preferred course and time. We are unable to book the course on the day and after 4PM the day before.

We can book at least 3-4 months prior for 2 players or more, and 1-2 months prior for a single player. Please reach out to us again around that time, and we’ll gladly assist with your booking.

Many courses offer club and shoe rentals. We can check availability for you.

Golf-In-Japan also provides premium rental clubs for ¥12,000 (including shipping). The clubs will be there during the day before you play. To make sure that the clubs arrive on time, please request at least 3 days before the date of play.

Please note: We don’t provide rental club delivery to Okinawa, Hokkaido, or Kyushu area.

Golf in light rain is possible at most courses. If you cancel because of bad weather, the golf course may charge a cancellation fee.

However, in severe weather (heavy rain, lightning, or typhoon conditions), the golf course might cancel the round and you won’t be charged, or any payment you’ve made will be refunded.

It depends on the golf course. Some allow riders for an additional fee, while others do not permit non-playing guests. Please let us know in advance so we can check with the course.

We don’t provide transport at this time, but we can guide you on the best route from your hotel, usually involving a train ride followed by a taxi from the closest station to the golf course.

We recommend arriving at least 45 minutes before your tee time. This gives you enough time for check-in, warm-up, and any preparations before your round.

Most courses require smart-casual attire. T-shirts, sandals, and open-toed shoes are not allowed, and jackets are optional from June to September. Sneakers are generally okay as long as they do not damage the grass.

Tattoos should be covered. If you’re planning to use the onsen, we recommend using a tattoo cover.

The fitting cost depends on the shop and the type of fitting. Please inquire with your preferred fitting details, and we’ll provide the exact cost. (Update if there's estimated price/start from)

Yes, we can assist arranging international shipping. Shipping fees vary depending on the destination, so please inquire for more information.

Yes, we can assist with purchasing and arranging international shipping. Our service fee covers handling and shipping only; the cost of the clubs is separate.

We don’t offer consultations or recommendations, so please be certain about the exact model you want. We can check stock with the store upon request.

We can only ship complete clubs, individual parts or heads cannot be purchased separately.
